This 4 axle flatbed trailer is sized to standard containers with twist-lock devices at the four corners of the loading area, carrying 20ft and 40ft containers plus bulk goods, cement, and rice on long-distance routes. 12,500 x 2,500 x 1,650 mm, 60-ton max payload (40-60 tons typical), four 13-ton FUWA axles, mechanical or air suspension, WABCO brake valves, JOST kingpin (2 inch / 3.5 inch), 28-ton landing gear, and 12R22.5 tires. ISO, CCC, CE, BV, WMI certified.

Container-Sized Deck with Corner Twist Locks

The loading area of the 4 axle flatbed trailer is sized to standard containers, with twist-lock devices fitted at the four corners of the container footprint so a 20ft or 40ft box locks down solidly for long highway runs. The same deck carries bulk goods, cement, rice, and general cargo when the twist locks are not in use.

Flatbed trailers generally transport 30-60 tons, and this 4 axle model carries up to 60 tons on four 13-ton FUWA axles. For large-volume transport or different requirements, we can customise the flatbed trailer - including special configurations for deformed vehicles or unusual cargo shapes.
