Dump semi-trailer maintenance：
Compared with ordinary semi-trailers, dump semi-trailers are mainly different in that they have a lifting function, and the hydraulic cylinder is very important, so it is very important to check the hydraulic system:
(1) Check the hydraulic oil quantity of the dump semi-trailer, replenish it in time if it is insufficient, check whether the hydraulic system is damaged or leak, and deal with it in time if necessary.
(2) The hydraulic cylinder of the dump semi-trailer is supported up and down, and the connection between the connecting rod mechanism and other components should be checked carefully. Observe the moving parts of the vehicle and its adjacent fixings for abnormalities and deformations.
(3) Check the integrity of the dump semi-trailer compartment, sub-frame, spare tire frame, etc., and pay special attention to checking whether the welds have open welding, cracks, etc.
(4) Check the working or wear condition of the gear pump, power take-off, hydraulic cylinder and other moving parts of the dump semi-trailer, and carry out maintenance, repair and replacement of wearing parts.
